Druids Arms - Ditchling Road, Brighton

If you’re shopping in the open market, playing with a Frisbee on the Level or just in the area - why not stop in to the Druids for a refreshing drink.

The Druids is opposite the Level, not far from the Caroline of Brunswick. It was almost empty when we visited early on a Saturday evening. I was served almost instantly, the service was friendly and the prices weren’t too bad either.

There are loads of music-based posters on the walls and the interior was mostly wood (a little like the Pull & Pump) - There is some interesting light fittings sculpted from old car hubcaps, fitted to the ceiling.

On offer was all the usual suspects in terms of beer, plus some Harveys ales and also some decent cider. There is a patio area with tables at the front for the smokers.

Worth a punt - even if just for the hubcap sculptures :-)
