The Park Crescent – Park Crescent Terrace, Brighton

Tucked away between Lewis Road and Upper Lewis Road, the Park Crescent isn’t one of those pubs which gets loads of non-locals, that’s not to say that non-locals aren’t welcome.

Inside you’ll find a friendly welcome and a traditional boozer, with no nonsense decor and a good mix of punters. The bar staff were friendly and service was speedy. Drinks prices are about average and there was a good selection of beers/cider on offer.

There is a garden out back for those times when the weather isn’t against you and food is on offer if you need to sop-up some of the alcohol.

I dont think you could be much further wrong about the clientele of the park crescent, i take it you’ve only been there once or something.

Sure it has some local custom, but the bulk of it particularly during the summer is coming from students, recent ex-students, and anyone fun enough to spend time on the level.

once you’ve discovered this pub after having been relaxing at the level you’ll keep coming back, even when the weather is inclement.
